Right now, we are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to integrate our Talent team.

• Provide technical support to users, both onsite and remotely.
• Administer Microsoft 365, including users, licenses, and groups.
• Manage devices and policies through Microsoft Intune.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Support the administration of Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, systems, and access-related issues.
• Participate in IT environment improvement, security, and modernization projects.

• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or System Administration.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Active Directory.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Entra ID is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, hands-on attitude.
