If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you ❗ We are currently looking for an Italian Customer Service Assistant to join the Italian Customer Service team of a multinational company from the industrial sector. 📍 Location: Gaia, Avintes 🕛 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8h to 17h 💼 Hybrid regime: 3 days at the office and 2 days homeoffice 📌 Your mission: This is an opportunity to integrate the team responsible for supporting customers and ensuring the sales flow, where the main goal is the customer satisfaction. In this position, you’ll be responsible for: - Daily communication with customers to support their purchases and requests; - Develop long-term relationships with customers; - Manage the customer doubts in cooperation with internal departments. 🎓 What you need to embark on this mission: - Fluency in English (mandatory); - Italian language skills (at least a B2 level, mandatory); - Experience in customer management and customer support; - Dynamism, proactivity, good energy and team spirit; - Good interpersonal skills and customer focus, with strong communication skills. 💼 What awaits you: - Direct contract with the client; - Salary ajusted to experience + 9€ per day of meal allowance; - Hybrid working model (2 days at the office and 3 days homeoffice); - Schedule: 8h to 17h; - Integration into a dynamic and motivated team; - Stimulating and challenging work environment, with the possibility of career progression.
