As our client expands its investment platform into Portugal, the Portugal Acquisition Manager will play a key role in sourcing, analysing and securing residential investment opportunities across the country. Working closely with the Country Leader and the Madrid Investment team, this position will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of acquisition opportunities, negotiating directly with owners, brokers and agencies, and managing transactions from initial contact through to successful completion. The role combines commercial acumen with analytical thinking, requiring a professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and working in a highly entrepreneurial environment.



Will be responsible for identifying residential investment opportunities that meet acquisition criteria and financial objectives. Working across the assigned region, the successful candidate will source both on-market and off-market opportunities, conduct property visits, assess investment potential and prepare recommendations for the Investment team. The role will also lead negotiations with property owners, brokers and agencies, ensuring transactions are structured efficiently while maintaining Almond's investment standards.



Developing and maintaining a consistent pipeline of investment opportunities will be a core responsibility of this position. The Acquisition Manager will establish long-term relationships with estate agents, brokers, developers and other market participants, continuously expanding local network while identifying new sourcing channels and off-market opportunities. A strong understanding of local market dynamics and competitor activity will be essential to identifying investment opportunities ahead of the market.

Perfil ideal

Requirements
● 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate acquisitions, property sourcing or investment transactions.
● Strong knowledge of the Portuguese residential real estate market.
● Proven commercial and negotiation skills.
● Experience analysing investment opportunities and property pricing.
● Highly proactive with an entrepreneurial mindset.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
● Fluent Portuguese and English. Spanish is considered an advantage.
● Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.
