Role Overview We are looking for a Junior IT Contract Management Analyst to integrate our teams in a strategic international environment focused on IT contract governance, vendor management, and financial control. You will support contract management activities across a large IT supplier portfolio, assisting with contract administration, reporting, budget monitoring, vendor performance tracking, and governance processes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in IT contract management while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

What you will do Support the administration and monitoring of IT contracts throughout their lifecycle

• Assist in contract renewal processes, supplier onboarding activities, and procurement initiatives
• Help monitor budget execution, service consumption, and supplier-related costs
• Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation related to vendor performance and contractual governance
• Support governance meetings, vendor reviews, and follow-up of action plans
• Contribute to the identification of process improvement and cost optimization opportunities. What you are like Familiar with contract management, procurement, vendor management, or administrative support activities
• Knowledgeable in reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring practices
• Comfortable working with Excel and other reporting or data visualization tools
• Proficient in organizing information, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records.
