Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain enterprise network infrastructures, including switches, routers, wireless devices, and firewalls;
• Perform network troubleshooting and incident resolution across LAN/WAN environments;
• Assist with network configurations, implementations, and infrastructure changes;
• Collaborate with Network and IT teams to ensure network availability, performance, and security.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• 1+ year of experience in Network Engineering, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure support;
• Basic hands-on experience with network equipment such as switches, routers, wireless devices, and firewalls;
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN concepts, TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing fundamentals, and network troubleshooting;
• Experience with networking technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, Fortinet, or similar solutions is a plus;
• Familiarity with network monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting processes;
• Basic understanding of network security concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control;
• Experience supporting enterprise environments or Data Center environments is a plus;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team;
• Good communication and organizational skills;
• Advanced English.
