Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructures across complex LAN/WAN and Data Center environments;
• Configure and troubleshoot advanced network solutions, including routing, switching, wireless, and network security technologies;
• Lead network implementation, migration, and optimization projects, ensuring business readiness and infrastructure evolution;
• Analyze complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve network reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• 4+ years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments;
• Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies (Catalyst switches, routers, wireless solutions) and enterprise network infrastructures;
• Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing and switching, including VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF/BGP, VPNs, and network troubleshooting;
• Experience working with Data Center environments and large-scale network deployments;
• Experience with network security technologies and firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco ASA, Check Point, or equivalent) is a plus;
• Experience with SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, VMware VeloCloud, or similar) is a plus;
• Familiarity with network management and monitoring platforms;
• Knowledge of network automation concepts and scripting (Python, APIs, orchestration tools) is a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate with multiple teams;
• Advanced English.
