Order-to-Cash Associate We're seeking a detail-oriented Order-to-Cash Associate to join a growing organisation. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring orders, returns, credits, and customer requests are processed accurately while delivering a high standard of service to customers and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Process and manage customer orders, amendments, returns, and credits. - Monitor orders through to delivery and proactively resolve issues. - Support invoicing, documentation, and order-related queries. - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless order fulfilment. - Maintain accurate customer and order records while adhering to established processes and controls. What We're Looking For - Experience in Order-to-Cash, order management, customer operations, or a similar environment. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/customer management systems. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
