Our client is a large organization in the Automotive industry, with a global presence. The group is now preparing for the implementation of a new Regional Shared Service Centre.

Descrição

• Manage and coordinate customer integrations through EDI, OCI, APIs and industry specific digital procurement platforms.
• Act as the primary point of contact between customers, internal IT teams and business stakeholders throughout the onboarding and integration lifecycle.
• Gather, analyse and translate customer technical requirements into integration specifications and implementation plans.
• Support key accounts during interface setup, testing, validation and go live activities, ensuring successful connectivity with ERP and e-commerce systems.
• Provide ongoing technical and operational support for existing customer interfaces, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution activities.
• Create, maintain and improve technical documentation, onboarding guides, process flows and interface specifications.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones and communicate status updates to internal teams and customers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance digital procurement processes, evaluate emerging technologies and support the continuous improvement of interface management and customer integration solutions.

Perfil ideal

• Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics, vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience working with OCI/EDI systems in a professional services setting.
• Strong process understanding and experience with digital procurement/e-procurement, interface management and open commerce; understanding of ERP database structures.
• Ideally experience with Microsoft D365 .
• Experience in e-commerce and shop systems.
