Operations Coordinator | Life Sciences (m/f/x):Randstad Recursos Humanos

Our client is an innovative, fast-growing Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) specialized in the advancement of cell and gene therapies (ATMPs) and biologics. Partnering with global leaders across the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors, the company bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and successful clinical and commercial translation.

Our client is recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of their Operations department at the interface of operations, scientific support, and project coordination.

responsabilidades chave


  • Assist in the preparation, formatting and version control of SOPs, work instructions and other controlled documents, in alignment with QA/QC
    requirements;
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs and trackers relevant to manufacturing and development activities;
  • Assist in the preparation of production records, reports and meeting minutes as required;
  • Support the implementation of good practices (GMP/GLP) documentation, ensuring that documentation workflows are followed and deadlines are tracked;
  • Act as a coordination point for information flow between the Head of Operations and the team leaders;
  • Support the Head of Operations in tracking the progress of ongoing internal and external projects across research, development and manufacturing activities;
  • Maintain project trackers, action logs and milestone summaries, flagging items at risk of delay;
  • Help prepare materials for management reviews, planning meetings and cross-functional discussions, including slide decks, status summaries and data
    compilations;
  • Coordinate logistics for project-related activities such as inter-team meetings, training sessions and review cycles;
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials and onboarding documentation for new team members;
  • Assist in coordinating risk management activities within the Operations scope, including maintaining risk registers and follow-up action logs;
  • Support the Head of Operations in preparing for internal and external audits, by organising documentation and coordinating responses;
  • Monitor open actions from quality and management reviews and ensure timely follow-up with the responsible parties.

    • Minimum of a Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a closely related field;
    • One to two years of professional experience in an operational, scientific or project coordination role;
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in an organised manner;
    • Exposure to CDMO, CRO or pharmaceutical and biotech manufacturing environments is valued;
    • Experience supporting or participating in cross-functional projects is valued;
    • Comfortable working in a regulated or quality-driven environment, with familiarity with GMP or ISO standards;
    • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured documents and summaries;
    • Proficiency in standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with project tracking tools is valued;
    • Familiarity with document management systems or quality management software is valued;
    • Fluency in English;
    • Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down;
    • Organisation and attention to detail: Keeps their own work structured and accurate; naturally tracks open items; notices when something is missing or
      inconsistent;
    • Reliability: Does what they say they will do; flags problems early rather than late; follows through without needing repeated reminders;
    • Communication clarity: Writes and speaks clearly; can summarise a complex situation in a few sentences; adapts tone depending on the audience;
    • Curiosity and learning orientation: Asks good questions; wants to understand the reasoning behind tasks; takes initiative to learn the context of their work;
