Your role:
Leading and supporting an Order Management team, ensuring the smooth execution of end-to-end order management activities.
Key responsibilities include managing team performance and KPIs, driving process improvements, supporting daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.
You will also play an important role in coaching and developing team members while acting as a key contact point between the business and operational teams.

competências

Required Qualifications and Skills
Order Management, O2C, Supply Chain, or similar operational environments, ideally with previous team leadership or people management experience.

Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems and strong stakeholder management skills are highly valued. Fluency in German and a good level of English are required.
