Performance and Operations Specialist - French Speaker (M/F/X)

We are looking for a highly motivated Performance and Operations Specialist to join our client's Retention team within the telecommunications sector.

In this role, you will play a key part in providing support to the Operational Manager and building a bridge between Operations and the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze operational performance, productivity, quality, and sales KPIs while identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  
• Produce regular reports, dashboards, and business insights to drive informed decision-making.
  
• Assist the Operations Manager in monitoring performance, tracking business KPIs, and supporting target tracking, forecasting, and performance reviews.
  
• Conduct root-cause analyses, support corrective actions, and track action plans, operational initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to ensure timely execution.
  
• Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and cross-functional initiatives to ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and operational procedures.
  
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to enhance customer outcomes and drive overall operational excellence.

  Required Qualifications:
  

  
  
  • Languages: Fluent French (C2 level required) and English (C1 level required).
    
  • Proven track record in operations, performance management, business analysis, or process improvement.
    
  • Experience working directly with KPIs, performance reporting, and operational data.
    
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, retention, or contact center environments is strongly preferred.
    
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.

    Compensation & Benefits:
    

    
    
    • Base Salary: €1,500 / month (14 months)
      
    • Target Bonus: Up to €300 / month (12 months)
      
    • Language Allowance: €250 / month (€100 French + €150 English)
      
    • Meal Allowance: €10.20 / worked day (paid over 11 months)
      
    • Remote Work Allowance: €60 / month (paid over 11 months)
      
    • Additional Benefits: Private Health Insurance & Annual Service Anniversary Bonuses
      
    • Work Schedule:
      Workdays: Monday to Friday (No weekends)
      Shifts: Rotating shifts (07:00 – 16:00 | 08:00 – 17:00 | 09:00 – 18:00)
