Procure to Pay Analyst | Porto

Your key responsibilities will include: ☑Acting as the main point of contact for suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships ☑Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring payments are made on time to avoid penalties ☑Performing regular reconciliations between internal records and supplier statements ☑Efficiently investigating and resolving any discrepancies or billing issues ☑ Collaborating with third-party providers to ensure timely processing of all financial documents (invoices, credit notes, etc.), while ensuring compliance with internal policies ☑Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement within the Procure-to-Pay cycle. Preparing supplier performance reports and key process KPIs. For the Procure to Pay Analyst position, we're looking for a professional with the following: Academic Background: A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting, or solid relevant work experience. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procure-to-Pay, or a related finance role.
