You will:

Providing second-line support for our client's recruitment process in the Italian market.
Conducting outbound contacts and providing inbound support to candidates.

What You Bring

Native or Fluent Italian Speaker (C2 level mandatory).
Proficient in English (B2 level minimum) for internal communication.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-friendly service focus and empathy.
Strong understanding of the e-commerce sector.
Must be currently living in Portugal and have a reliable fiber optic internet connection for remote work.

Your benefits:

Full-time:

• Base salary: €1200 gross
  
• Meal allowance: €8 p/day
  
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8-hour rotating shifts between 7 am and 6 pm
  
• Weekends off
  
• In high season: Monday to Saturday, Saturday off + 1 rotating day off
  
• A dynamic and international work environment
  
• be comfortable: work from home (in Portugal)
