🚀 Recruitment Business Partner (Temporary Resource) | Lisbon Adecco Human Resources is currently recruiting a Recruitment Business Partner to join a large-scale international project within a dynamic, innovative, and multicultural corporate environment. 🎯 Your Mission: As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of recruitment processes, ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers. 💼 Responsibilities: Analyse, understand and challenge the managers' needs, and convert them into appealing Job postings; Assess candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide constructive feedback to them; Delivering the complete end-to-end recruitment and selection process including sourcing, screening, pre-qualification, interviewing and final candidate selection; Design of and delivering innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business needs generate a talent pipeline; Developing multi-hire sourcing strategies; Working in partnership with the hiring managers and HR community to understand and drive resource planning, and to define appropriate timescales for recruitment campaigns; Attending career events and other Employer Branding events. 🎓 Requirements: -2-5 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment; -Well developed sourcing approaches using professional networks, social media, job boards and other channels; -Experience/knowledge of corporate recruitment in Engineering, IT, Finance and related areas; -Experience in managing high volume recruitment with established deadlines; -Customer focused who can deliver a world-class service to the hiring community and positively influence the candidate experience; -Continuous improvement mindset and data driven; -Availability to travel to the Lisbon office on a regular basis; -Fluency in English is a must, other European language(s) is considered a plus. 🎁 Benefits: -Salary Range: 1,600€–1,900€ -Duration: 6 months (with potential for a 6-month extension); -A hybrid working model; -A modern office, well connected to public transportation; -An intense and exciting onboarding experience. 🤝 Join Us If you’re looking for a challenge where you can combine strategic recruitment, close ties to the business, and contact with international talent, send us your application and come be part of this project!
