Once you’ve found the job you’d like to apply for on our website, it’s time to think about your application!

The whole process only takes between 3 to 5 minutes. You just need to provide the information requested, such as your name, contact details, your latest CV, and, if you wish, a cover letter (this is optional).

3. The interview process

You’ll be invited to join interviews by phone, video, or in person. You might go through a combination of behavioral, technical, and cultural fit interviews and assessments.

Be ready to share examples of your work, your problem-solving abilities, and your collaboration skills. Remember, it’s not just about what you know, but how you approach challenges.

During the interview you might meet quite a few people, so, be yourself, stay calm, and don’t hesitate to ask for clarification on who’s who if needed. This is also the time to ask any questions you may have about the role.

When your interview process is completed, our recruitment team will get in touch with you to share their decision.

Once you receive and accept an offer, it’s time to celebrate – and prepare for your arrival.

Your journey with us doesn’t just start on day 1 -that’s why we have GetONBOARD, our Group onboarding initiative, to help you settle in and set you up for success.

First, you’ll receive a pre-boarding plan to help you prepare for your first day.

From day one we’ll help you navigate your new world via a dedicated onboarding journey.

You’ll be invited to take part in RISE, a monthly virtual networking event to welcome all our new employees, and hear from some of our leaders about what it means to be part of Capgemini.

How can I apply?

All of our jobs are listed on our website. You can search for a relevant role under the Join us section of our website. Also feel free to reach out to any Capgemini employees you know to get for a position.

Do I need to submit a CV and cover letter?

It’s mandatory to provide your CV when you submit your application. However, submitting a cover letter is optional.

Can I submit my profile for more than one application?

We recommend that you browse our job offers and the right position based on your interest and expertise. However, you can indeed submit your profile for more than one application.

Don’t forget, once you’ve submitted your application, your CV is saved in our database and our recruiters can connect with you directly should a suitable role become available.

How can I keep track of my application to see if I’m invited for an interview?

You’ll be able to track the status of your application in the candidate space. If you’re offered a position, that’s also where you’ll be able to manage your pre-boarding and onboarding.

Our recruitment teams will connect with you via email or a phone call to confirm your selection for the interview process.

Can I work in hybrid mode at Capgemini?

Yes, Capgemini offers hybrid work. You’ll have flexibility as to when and where you’ll work, because we believe work-life balance is important. Our employees are empowered to work the way that works for them, and they can work with their managers to find an arrangement that’s suited to their role, and personal circumstances.

I’ve received a rejection. Can I still apply for other jobs?

Of course! We are always looking for new talents and we may have other opportunities where you could be the perfect fit.

I have a disability / long-term health condition. Should I mention this in your application?
