About The Graduates' Programme The BNP Paribas Graduates’ Programme is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates who are eager to start a career in the dynamic world of Banking and Finance. The Graduates’ Programme 2026 will start on 1 September.

BNP Paribas Graduates’ Programme Highlights

• Permanent contracts with BNP Paribas, with access to several benefits;
• During the Programme, the Graduates will complete different professional development assignments across 2 or 3 teams, within the same Business Area;
• At the end of the Programme, the Graduates will integrate permanently the Business Area.

The rotation aligns with the Bank's needs and participants' skills, enabling them to gain expertise through collaboration with peers and senior staff. The Graduates’ RISK Programme 2026 strives to increase efficiency through transversality & innovation, data solutions and agility, which allows to better identify synergies, assess and optimize RISK processes.

Profile And Skills

• Master’s Degree in Finance or related
• Fluency in English;
• Proactivity, good communication, team-spirit, analytical ability and attention to detail;
• Financial Products’ knowledge (knowledge in derivatives);
• Knowledge in programming, working knowledge of Python;
• Availability for a full-time permanent position from 1 September 2026.
