SAP S/4Hana Service Lead Consultant As an SAP S/4HANA Service Lead Consultant, you will play a key role in driving service transformation initiatives, advising clients on leading SAP Service Management practices, and delivering innovative SAP S/4HANA Service solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer service excellence. Key Responsibilities: Design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Service Management solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives Act as a trusted advisor to clients, facilitating requirements workshops, fit-gap assessments, and solution design activities Configure and optimize core service processes, including Service Contracts, Service Quotations, Service Orders, Service Confirmations, In-House Repair, Warranty Claims, Solution Quotation and Subscription and Periodic Billing Manage and optimize service master data and service-related objects, including Equipment, Functional Locations, Installed Base (IBase), Service Products, Service Contract Items, and SLA/Response Profiles Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP Service Management and other SAP modules, particularly SD, LE, MM, and Finance Support integration initiatives involving SAP Field Service Management (FSM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Project Systems (PS).
