· Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

· Lead, motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance and professional development.

· Drive new business acquisition while strengthening relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.

· Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, providing regular forecasts, reports and market insights to senior leadership.

· Identify emerging market trends, customer needs and commercial opportunities that support business growth.

· Collaborate with senior management in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.

· Act as a market ambassador for the business, representing the organization in client meetings, industry events and networking activities.

Perfil ideal

· Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, ideally managing both business development and account management activities.

· Experience in advertising, media, marketing services, trade marketing, shopper marketing, or other commercially driven B2B solutions.

· Strong track record of delivering revenue growth and building successful client partnerships.

· Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation and presentation skills.

· Analytical mindset combined with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

· Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-paced and growth-oriented environments.

· Professional fluency in Portuguese and English.
