Sales Team Leader – Call Center

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team of Sales Agents, ensuring strong performance, high-quality customer interactions, and the achievement of business and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Agents.
• Monitor individual and team performance against sales and operational targets.
• Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support.
• Identify development opportunities and implement action plans to improve results.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and business guidelines.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
• Support the team in achieving sales targets and maximizing business results.
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team environment.
• Act as a point of contact between the team and management.

• Previous experience in a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role , preferably within a sales or call center environment.
• Native/Bilingual Portuguese
• Advanced English – C1 level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales mindset and focus on achieving targets.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret KPIs.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven.
• Ability to motivate and develop team members in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, within a weekly schedule between 8:00 and 19:00.
• Location: Sete Rios, Lisbon
• Compensation: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.
