responsabilidades chave

As part of Risk and Compliance Systems team within Finance, you will:
Ensuring Finance Authorization Governance/Rules applications: Segregation of duty rules applications and maintenance, periodic access reviews, escalation and follow-up of authorizations control breach
Acting as primary Technical referee for Finance Authorization questions,
Providing guidance for a risk-based approach on Authorizations,
Support projects and organizational change by adapting, maintaining Finance authorization concept while maintaining overall consistency
Operating run mode to secure risk and compliance in systems,
Support audits on existing solutions and be proactive on challenges and corrections to bring upon.
More generally, the jobholder is responsible for the quality of the whole support process and propose permanent improvements in process or ticketing tools.

competências

Degree in IT, Engineering or Management;
2 years of experience working with SAP Authorizations (or SAP Basis);
SAP authorization Knowledge maintenance design of an authorization concept (SAP certification is a plus);
Experience in Projects involving systems deployment in the Finance function;
Experience in Users Supporting/Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow is a plus);
Engineering experience in Information Systems;
Innovation leadership: deploy appropriate innovation methods, techniques and tools to support an innovation opportunity lifecycle phase;
Analytical problem solving;
Proactive;
Team work spirit;
Strong communication and organization skills;
Language Skills: English written and spoken (B1 level or +).
Good to Have:
SAP data flows, single and composite roles;
Audit/Internal Controls/Compliance and SoD (Segregation of Duties) concepts;
SAP Tcodes: (mandatory) PFCG, SU01, SUIM, SE16; (a plus) SE93, SE01;
SAP S4/HANA, Fiori and BW (also known as BI) systems (ECC is a plus);
Microsoft Excel/Gsheets (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP and other formulas) - mandatory;
Change Request Management (ChaRM) tool or similar;
