SAP CS Consultant Project Lead (m/f/d)

• You lead and coordinate IT and SAP projects across the Körber Group, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, timeline, and quality.
• You consult and support internal customers, with a strong focus on project governance and solution delivery.
• You analyze business processes and develop integrated end-to-end solution architectures.
• You drive and oversee system customization, configuration, and continuous optimization activities.
• You facilitate workshops, requirements engineering activities, and cross-functional solution design sessions.
• You manage SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
• You collaborate closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• You ensure high system reliability and user satisfaction through proactive support and structured issue management.
• You contribute to innovation initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA, cloud solutions, Salesforce, and modern integration technologies.
• You optimize Order-to-Cash and Service processes, including pricing, billing, returns, and logistics integration.
• You support SAP platform standardization and the development of scalable global templates.

• You have professional experience in SAP consulting and/or IT project delivery, either in-house or in an external consulting environment.
• You possess solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA and at least one SAP module such as SD, CS, or TM.
• You demonstrate strong analytical capabilities combined with a solution-oriented mindset.
• You have experience taking architectural responsibility and leading functional workstreams or sub-projects in international environments.
• You bring hands-on experience with end-to-end business processes spanning SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• You have practical experience with SAP customization, configuration, and the integration of complex business processes.
• You are experienced in guiding international and cross-functional teams while managing diverse stakeholder groups.
• You communicate in a clear and structured manner and can translate complex topics into understandable business outcomes.
• You effectively manage and resolve conflicts to support productive results and sustainable solutions.
• Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP BTP, Fiori, APIs, or EDI integrations.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are considered an advantage.
• You are willing to travel internationally up to 10%.
