Descrição Design, implement, manage, and optimize software deployments, packaging, and updates via Microsoft Intune to ensure applications (including third-party) are up-to-date and compliant (e.g., App control for business) or removed.

Implement and maintain automation for software distribution.

Provide analytics and reporting on application performance.

Manage Windows, Copilot agents, Teams, browser extensions/add-ins and Mobile Apps (Windows / iOS/ Android).

Provide second and third-level support and troubleshoot application deployment-related issues and interact with service desks and end users.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT support procedures and protocols.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute.

Perfil ideal Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position, preferably within a financial service company.

Proven experience in software deployment, packaging, and updates, including automation and scripting.

Strong technical expertise in endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune.

Skilled in operating systems (Windows, iOS, Android) and application management for these platforms with a security mindset.

Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, including troubleshooting complex issues.

Good communication skills, verbal and written, with fluency in English.
