Descrição

• Lead accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Revenue Recognition and Cost Accounting.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial transactions, reconciliations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and applicable financial reporting standards, including IFRS.
• Coordinate statutory reporting, tax compliance, regulatory filings and audit activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage cash flow reporting and forecasting activities.
• Analyse key financial and operational metrics, including profitability, EBITDA, operational efficiency and working capital.
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and business performance.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, systems and reporting capabilities.
• Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and reporting tool enhancements.
• Lead, coach and develop finance team members.

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline is considered an advantage.
• Additional training or certifications in IFRS (including revenue recognition principles - 15 & 16), Taxation or Audit are a plus.
• Experience within a multi-entity and international environment.
• Strong financial reporting, accounting and compliance background.
• Experience managing financial close processes and audits.
• Experience working with ERP and finance systems.
• Collaborative and approachable.
• Comfortable working across cultures, countries and time zones.
• A critical thinker who challenges assumptions constructively.
