Senior Finance Manager – International Account

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to act as a strategic Finance Business Partner, providing financial leadership, commercial insight, and performance management across multiple sites and geographies.

This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, and senior stakeholders to optimise financial performance, identify savings and profit opportunities, ensure contractual compliance, and support the implementation of commercial models and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Operations, supporting commercial and financial decision-making.
• Lead financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis of spend versus budget and forecast.
• Analyse financial and commercial trends, identifying risks, savings, and opportunities to improve profitability.
• Monitor KPIs, early-warning indicators, and corrective action plans to drive performance.
• Support contract management, ensuring financial and commercial compliance and effective use of contractual levers.
• Lead financial aspects of change control, including budget reviews, approvals, and assessment of financial impact.
• Track and challenge savings initiatives and cost reduction opportunities across the account.
• Identify and optimise revenue and profit improvement opportunities in partnership with Operations.
• Develop and implement reporting tools, processes, and best practices to strengthen financial and commercial performance.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across different countries, cultures, and functions.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• 5+ years of relevant finance experience, ideally in a commercial Finance Business Partnering environment.
• Strong experience in financial modelling, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Strong commercial understanding, with experience in contract management and financial/commercial decision-making.
• Experience working with Operations and senior stakeholders to improve business performance.
• Experience working across geographies and within matrix organisations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach.
• Fluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
