Senior HR Business Analyst (Porto)

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is currently recruiting a Senior HR Business Analyst to join a leading organization focused on HR digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs);
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate business needs into functional requirements, data models, and reporting specifications;
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability to support informed decision-making;
• Develop and enhance systems, tools, and data models aligned with business priorities and operational requirements;
• Ensure compliance with data governance standards, company policies, legal requirements, and information management frameworks;
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems, processes, and reporting solutions;
• Conduct data analysis, quality assurance reviews, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders;
• Coordinate external vendors and monitor project deliverables to ensure successful implementation;
• Ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested before release to end users;
• Maintain and update functional and technical documentation as business rules and organizational structures evolve;
• Manage the distribution of reports and provide ongoing communication and support to stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Previous experience in Business Analysis, Data Analytics, or Reporting roles, preferably within an HR environment;
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Power Query (M), and DAX;
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Power BI;
• Knowledge of PowerApps and the Microsoft Office Suite is considered an advantage;
• Understanding of ETL processes, data aggregation, and Data Warehouse concepts;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful insights;
• Solid understanding of HR processes and HR technology solutions;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and business value creation.
• English level: advanced (required).
