Senior Product Manager - CCM

The Opportunity As the Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the CCM area of Doxis Intelligent Content Automation that we call Intelligent Communications. You’ll identify valuable customer and market problems, decide which opportunities to pursue, and lead cross-functional teams from discovery through launch and adoption.

What You’ll Do.

Product Strategy and Direction

• Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area.
• Identify customer problems and market opportunities, using discovery, market insight, and product data to assess their value.
• Make clear prioritization and trade-off decisions based on customer impact, business goals, technical considerations, and strategic fit.
• Define measurable product outcomes and use results to priorities and direction.
• Contribute to the broader Intelligent Communications strategy and align your roadmap with company objectives.

Discovery and Customer Insight

• Lead discovery with enterprise customers, prospects, and internal teams, including senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Understand communication processes across the customer lifecycle, including document creation, personalization, delivery, workflow, and compliance needs.
• Validate problems and proposed solutions before committing significant product investment.
• Bring customer feedback, usage data, and market trends into product decisions.
• Develop a strong understanding of relevant CCM, CX, document automation, and enterprise SaaS markets.

Product Delivery and Adoption

• Partner with engineering and design to shape solutions that are valuable, usable, feasible, and scalable.
• Translate product strategy into clear outcomes, initiatives, and requirements that support effective delivery.
• Stay accountable from discovery through launch, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Coordinate launch planning with sales, marketing, customer success, and other relevant teams.
• Track adoption and customer outcomes after release, and act on what the evidence shows.

Leadership and Collaboration

• Create alignment around product priorities and decisions across engineering, design, commercial, and customer teams.
• Communicate product direction, progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Support customer-facing teams with product context for strategic opportunities and complex enterprise use cases.
• Help strengthen product practices through thoughtful discovery, outcome-focused planning, and clear decision-making.

What We’re Looking For. Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, including meaningful ownership of an enterprise SaaS product, platform, or product area.
• A track record of setting product direction and delivering capabilities from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Examples of making prioritization decisions and explaining the customer and business reasoning behind them.
• Ability to connect product decisions to measurable customer, business, or commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams in an iterative product development environment.

Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Customer Communication Management (CCM)
• Customer Experience (CX) or CRM platforms
• Document generation, composition, or automation
• Workflow and process automation
• Regulated industries or compliance-sensitive communications
• Enterprise SaaS platforms and API-based integrations

Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Aha. What Success Looks Like.
