Noesis is looking for candidates in Lisbon/Porto/Coimbra/Guarda/Covilhã or Castelo Branco with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain Integration and Functional test scenarios.
• Validate REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring correct request/response behavior.
• Test middleware integrations between internal and external systems.
• Analyze API payloads (JSON/XML) and validate data transformations.
• Execute end-to-end integration testing across multiple services.
• Create and maintain test cases, test evidence, and defect reports.
• Work closely with Developers, DevOps Engineers, Business Analysts, and Product Owners to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including refinement, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support regression testing and release validation.
• Investigate defects using logs and API traces.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Integration Testing.
• Experience in API Testing (REST and SOAP).
• Eperience in Functional Testing.
• Experience validating middleware integrations between systems.
• Good understanding of test design techniques and defect lifecycle.

• Middleware architecture concepts.
• Integration patterns and service-oriented architecture.
• API lifecycle and contract validation.
• Request/Response troubleshooting.
• Log analysis.
• CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
• Test evidence and traceability.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Language Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher (mandatory) - ability to participate in international meetings and communicate effectively with global teams.

• ISTQB Foundation Level
• API Testing certifications
• Agile/Scrum certification
• DevOps Fundamentals (desirable)
