Senior SAP P2P Consultant (mfx)

Randstad Digital is hiring a Senior SAP P2P Consultant as a direct hire for an industrial company located north of Aveiro.

Hybrid work model (1 day on-site; 4 days remote / week).

responsabilidades chave

• Serve as a senior SAP P2P subject- matter expert within the organization
  
• Ensure stable and efficient P2P processes in SAP AFS during the S4 Hana transformation
  
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
  
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and best practices withing P2P
  
• Support global SAP initiatives, rollouts and enhancements
  
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Production and external partners
  
• Analyse, design, configure, and test SAP P2P processes
  
• Support and optimize processes such as:
  
  
  
  • SAP P2P (MM, Masterdata, Inventory Management, Procurement, Invoice Verification
    etc.)
    
  • End-to-End Process Ownership (Source-to-Pay)
    
  • Global Template Design & Rollouts
    
  • Procurement Optimization & Cost Control
    
  • Integration with SAP FI/CO, SD, WM, and Logistics / Production
    
  • Workflow Design & Approval Strategies
    
  • Vendor & Contract Management (Coupa solution)
    
  • Data Migration, Testing & Cutover Planning
    
  • Support S/4HANA Transformation & support Greenfield Implementations
    
  • Program & Stakeholder Management
    
    
    
  • Participate in SAP implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and rollouts
    
  • Lead or support workshops with business users
    
  • Prepare functional specifications and documentations
    
  • Coordinate with technical teams for developments and integrations
    
  • Provide 3 rd level support and root cause analysis
    
  • Ensure Compliance with internal controls and audit requirement
    
  • Support the ongoing SAP S4 project as required
    
    

    competências

    
    
    • SAP certifications in P2P or S/4HANA are an advantage.
      
    • +5 years of hands-on SAP P2P/SAP MM experience
      
    • Proven experience with SAP – AFS experiences it is an advantage
      
    • Experience working in complex, international SAP environments
      
    • Mobility/Travel (Expected travel: up to 20 days)
      
    • Fluent in English (Written and spoken)
