Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage service requests and evolutionary requests for projects;
• Ensure the registration and prioritization of requests;
• Manage conflicts between requests;
• Follow up on requests throughout their lifecycle;
• Ensure the formal delivery of requests across all environments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in service management or similar environments;
• Experience with Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, HPSM, Confluence, and Jira;
• Knowledge of software management lifecycles;
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
• Basic knowledge of Distributed Systems and Mainframe.
• Proactivity and dynamism;
• Organizational and communication skills;
