Service Mgmt & Automation Op Manager

YOUR MISSION

As a Service Management & Automation Operations Manager, your mission is to ensure the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of our monitoring, observability and automation platforms. You will play a key role in supporting business-critical services, delivering high-quality monitoring solutions and driving operational excellence across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage and optimize monitoring and observability platforms, with a strong focus on Zabbix and Grafana.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible.
• Support incident resolution, service requests and platform troubleshooting.
• Design monitoring, alerting and dashboards aligned with service objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, network and security teams to ensure service reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, standardization and operational best practices.

WHO YOU ARE

• 5+ years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Monitoring, Observability or a related area.
• Hands-on experience with Zabbix, Grafana and Ansible, combined with strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Good understanding of monitoring, automation, IT Service Management (ITIL), SLA/SLI/SLO concepts and production support environments.
• Familiarity with tools and technologies such as ServiceNow, AppDynamics, Prometheus, REST APIs, PostgreSQL, Git, Windows Server, containers or Kubernetes is a plus.
• Analytical, customer-oriented and proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications in Zabbix, Grafana, Ansible, Linux or ITIL are valued.
