Role Overview: We are looking for a Solutions Architect to join one of our largest and most ambitious international projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the evolution, resilience, and reliability of a complex technology ecosystem. Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Engineering, Security, and Product teams, you will play a key role in translating long-term architectural strategy into practical and scalable solutions that support business growth and innovation.

What you will do

• Design and drive the adoption of scalable, secure, cloud-native, and fault-tolerant architectures;
• Ensure end-to-end architectural alignment across business capabilities, platforms, and technology domains;
• Provide hands-on architectural guidance to Product Teams and Engineers throughout the solution lifecycle;
• Manage and reduce technical debt, balancing business priorities with long-term system sustainability;
• Promote improvements in system reliability, resilience, availability, and operational excellence;
• Define and support the adoption of architectural standards related to High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Risk Management;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure strategic and technical alignment.

What you are like

• Proficient in Solution Architecture and the design of enterprise-scale technology solutions;
• Experienced in technical leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams;
• Strong background in Software Engineering, distributed systems, and cloud-native architectures;
• Experienced with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms;
• Knowledgeable in reliability, resilience, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity concepts;
• Familiar with modern architectural practices such as Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, and API-First approaches;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a pragmatic and business-oriented mindset;
• Fluent in English and available for occasional travel within Europe.
