We are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join the team of a prestigious company in the automotive sector.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them with their questions, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions whenever issues arise. Your communication skills, empathy and solution-oriented mindset will play an important role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

Your role

• Assist customers in Spanish through the available customer support channels.
• Respond to customer questions and provide clear and accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and identify the best solution for each situation.
• Support customers in resolving issues related to products and services.
• Ensure a professional, friendly and positive customer experience.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
• Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a consistently high level of service.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Spanish (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Empathy, patience and a positive attitude.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
