This role is ideal for recruitment professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy stakeholder management, and are passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. 📍 Location: Porto, Portugal What You'll Do: - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meeting to offer acceptance. - Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies. - Source and attract top talent through job boards, talent pools, networking, and direct sourcing techniques. - Screen applications and conduct phone and video interviews. - Present qualified candidates and support Hiring Managers throughout the selection process. - Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate journey from application to offer. - Monitor recruitment KPIs and leverage data to drive continuous improvement. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment events, and talent attraction strategies. - Promote Diversity & Inclusion throughout all recruitment activities.
