We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our recruitment operations in the Portuguese market, helping us attract, assess and hire the best talent for our business.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a positive candidate experience while meeting business hiring needs.

Responsabilities:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer stage
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn and job boards
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews and assessments
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate information in recruitment systems
• Ensuring compliance with internal recruitment procedures and applicable legislation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Recruitment or a similar role, preferably within a BPO, Contact Centre or high-volume recruitment environment
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills
• Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and performance data
• Proactive, solution-oriented and results-driven mindset
• Portuguese: Native/Fluent
• English: C2
