Role Overview We are looking for an Tech Lead (Azure Integrations) to join our team and support a large-scale enterprise environment undergoing a significant cloud transformation journey. What you will do

• Define and drive the technical direction of Azure integration platforms, APIs, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration solutions;
• Lead the design, development, and governance of cloud-native integration services using Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Grid, and related technologies;
• Mentor and support integration engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, design reviews, coaching, and career development initiatives;
• Drive the adoption of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, DevSecOps, GitOps, platform engineering, and AI-assisted software delivery practices;
• Ensure solutions meet security, observability, reliability, governance, and cost-optimisation requirements while supporting continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What you are like

• Experienced in designing and delivering enterprise integration solutions within Microsoft Azure environments;
• Proficient with Azure Integration Services, including API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Storage;
• Strong knowledge of API-led architectures, event-driven systems, microservices, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns;
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and experienced with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices;
• Experienced in leading engineering teams, mentoring technical professionals, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions;
• Strong understanding of security and identity concepts, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure networking, and secure integration design principles;
• Passionate about cloud technologies, automation, platform engineering, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence;
• Skilled at balancing technical quality, delivery objectives, operational risk, and business outcomes in complex enterprise environments.
