We are seeking a Technical Lead to lead the design and delivery of scalable solutions that address complex business and technical challenges.
The role connects technical and business teams, owns the technical vision, and ensures high-quality delivery from concept through production.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery and architecture of projects from ideation to production;
• Design scalable solutions aligned with business requirements;
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and ensure overall solution quality;
• Mentor development teams on architecture and best practices;
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve dependencies and understand strategic requirements;
• Contribute to the technical growth of the professional services team through documentation, examples, and knowledge sharing.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent demonstrated expertise;
• 6+ years of software development experience and 2+ years in a technical leadership role;
• Experience in web/mobile development, solution architecture, application performance, and project delivery;
• Strong knowledge of.NET, C#, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• Ability to lead global technical projects across teams and time zones;
• Strategic, innovative, and customer-focused mindset;
• OutSystems project experience and certifications;
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies;
• Fluent in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English (B2 or above).
