Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the technical architecture and strategy for SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business and project objectives;
• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP environments, with a strong focus on SAP Basis and SAP RISE;
• Coordinate technical stakeholders and global teams, providing technical guidance in strategic projects and complex problem-solving;
• Ensure platform performance, stability, security, and quality, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Profile:

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field;
• A maximum of 15 years of professional experience in a similar role;
• Strong technical expertise in SAP Basis and SAP RISE;
• Proven experience in SAP solution design, technical architecture, and platform optimization;
• Experience in strategic projects and collaboration with global, multidisciplinary teams;
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a strong commitment to quality;
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence is valued; relevant SAP certifications are a plus;
• Advanced English is mandatory; Portuguese and Spanish are valued.
