We are seeking an experienced Transition & Finance Transformation Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a strategic Finance Transformation program across Western Europe. This role will oversee the simultaneous integration of finance operations into both Captive Shared Services and BPO environments, ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, and successful stakeholder adoption.

Program Leadership & Transformation Delivery
• Lead and govern large-scale finance transformation initiatives across Iberia, France, and Benelux.
• Drive the design, planning, execution, and stabilization of transition activities into both captive and outsourced (BPO) operating models.
• Ensure delivery against agreed scope, timeline, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issue resolution, and escalation processes across multiple workstreams.
• Establish program governance structures and executive reporting mechanisms.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Alignment
• Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, Finance Directors, Shared Services leaders, BPO partners, and operational teams.

• Drive alignment across multiple leadership layers within a highly matrixed organization.
• Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution among stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Prepare and present progress updates, recommendations, and strategic decisions to executive leadership forums.
Transition & Change Management
• Lead organizational readiness and change management activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer, process migration, and operational stabilization.
• Support business adoption of new processes, governance models, and service delivery structures.
• Develop communication and engagement strategies to support transformation objectives.Operational Excellence
• Drive process standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, finance policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor service performance, KPI achievement, and benefits realization.
• Partner with captive and BPO teams to achieve sustainable operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation, transition, or program management initiatives in multinational organizations.
• Proven track record delivering Finance Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) transitions.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, including P2P, O2C, R2R, and financial controls.
• Demonstrated success managing senior stakeholders in complex matrix environments.

• Experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
• Advanced project and program management expertise, including governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Fluency in English required. Additional European languages are considered an advantage (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Dutch).

Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, Prince2, PgMP, MSP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification.
• Experience in SSC, GBS, or Finance Transformation environments.
• Exposure to ERP transformation programs (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
• Change Management certification (Prosci or equivalent) is a plus.
