UX/UI Software Product Management

We would like to meet a UX/UI Software Product Management!

• Design and optimize user-centered digital experiences for web applications, internal tools, and AI-powered solutions.
• Create and maintain Design Systems ensuring consistency, usability, and accessibility across digital products.
• Work within digital product teams, applying Design Thinking methodologies to understand problems and create effective digital solutions.
• Conduct the problem understanding and discovery phase, including workshops and user sessions.
• Define the Product Vision, Product Objectives, goals, and metrics.
• Define and manage the Product Roadmap and contribute to product management activities.
• Conduct user sessions to define, clarify, validate, and present digital products.
• Define user journeys, interaction flows, and conversational experiences for digital products and AI agents.
• Create information architecture diagrams, identify personas, and define modules and requirements.
• Define and manage MVPs (Minimum Viable Products).
• Write and structure User Stories and Epics.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and validate solutions.
• Create product documentation and Product Manuals.
• Develop the branding of digital products, including visual identity and logos.
• Design conversational experiences for AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automated workflows.
• Contribute to the design and optimization of experiences supported by Artificial Intelligence throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure usability, consistency, and accessibility in highly automated and AI-driven environments.

• Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in UX/UI and digital product environments.
• Strong experience with Design Systems.
• Experience working within digital product teams.
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking and user-centered design.
• Experience understanding complex problems and translating them into digital solutions.
• Experience in Product Management, Roadmaps, Product Vision, and Product Objectives.
• Experience conducting user sessions, workshops, and discovery activities.
• Knowledge of Information Architecture, Personas, Modules, and Requirements Definition.
• Experience creating Wireframes and Mockups.
• Experience defining MVPs, Epics, and User Stories.
• Experience defining product goals, targets, and metrics.
• Experience with digital product branding and visual identity, including logo creation.
• Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles, usability, consistency, and accessibility.
• Experience designing UX for Generative AI solutions and conversational experiences.
• Experience designing interactions with AI agents, chatbots, copilots, and automated workflows.
• Experience working with digital products throughout the SDLC.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is valued.
• Knowledge of the energy sector and its market context is valued, including the challenges associated with electricity and gas transmission infrastructure, regulatory frameworks, energy transition, process digitalization, and the main stakeholders within the energy ecosystem.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into digital solutions with operational and strategic impact.
• Fluent in English.
