Descrição

• Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law;
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and training activities for new employees;
• Implement and monitor organisational development and performance management initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and workplace standards;
• Maintain and update Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS);
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and workforce data analysis;
• Support managers on employee relations and people management matters;
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices.

Perfil ideal

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline;
• Proven experience in a similar HR role within an industrial or manufacturing environment (essential);
• Sound knowledge of Portuguese employment legislation;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in relation to people management;
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
