As a Team Manager , you will be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client and corporate goals, and for coaching and motivating advisors by providing the skills and knowledge to perform their job. The job. » Continually review and monitor the work performance of all advisors, instigating appropriate corrective action, using performance management tools, to manage any shortfall via STC » Undertake formal monthly/ quarterly performance reviews via STC » Provide clear direction and guidance to ensure consistent achievement of key performance metrics » Accurate and timely communication of any client issues to Operations Manager » Maintain a virtual environment which supports the spirit of teamwork, where advisors are committed, loyal and take pride in working for the company » Ensure actions from Employees Satisfaction surveys are implemented and continuously reviewed. » Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair trading and competition rules and adhere to Health, Safety and Security responsibilities » Manage Advisor attendance & breaks & schedule management via STC » Full remote support to agents via STC » Analysis/monitoring of handled interactions sample What you need to have. » Advanced English verbal and written communication skills (C1 minimum) » Evidence of effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills » Good organization/time management skills and problem-solving skills » Ability to assess agents’ professional, linguistic, technical and diagnostic skills, identify strengths/weaknesses and recommend solutions » A strong Microsoft user (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) » Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Education and experience. » Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience » Previous relevant experience as team manager, especially in a Customer Service environment Specific Requirements. » Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service » Ethernet connection available » Please use the speedtest to check your internet, » PING 100 ms maximum » DOWNLOAD 5.0 Mbps minimum » UPLOAD 3.0 Mbps minimum » Availability to travel (when necessary) » Out-of-hours support We work hard and reward harder.
