A leading multinational car auction company is looking for a Data & Reporting Specialist. Your mission: to maintain top-tier data accuracy and provide our clients with an exceptional service experience. responsabilidades chave

• Perform daily data checks on the main database, validating system information against car documents, photos, and other data reports to ensure accuracy
  
• Maintain and update Excel files to record nonconformities and relevant findings on a daily basis
  
• Report improvement points through email or other materials, providing clear feedback
  
• Collaborate with the operations team, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  
• Conduct process audits to ensure alignment with predefined quality and operational criteria

  • high school diploma (mandatory);
    
  • advanced English (C1 minimum);
    
  • good communication and administrative skills;
    
  • tech savvy and computer skills;
    
  • excel proficiency;

    principais benefícios

    
    
    • base salary of 1000€/month;
      
    • 7€ meal allowance per day of work;
      
    • monday to friday, from 8 am to 5 pm (including bank holidays);
      
    • weekends off;
      
    • temporary contract (2 months renewable) with Randstad;
      
    • location: Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon (with possibility of hybrid model of work after the first month);
