Our client is a renowned company in the mobility and technology industry that is currently recruiting a Partner Support Specialist for the Lisbon area.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent onsite support to partners;
• Accompany new partners throughout the onboarding process, ensuring the correct use of the available tools;
• Deliver informative presentations to new and existing partners;
• Support the resolution of questions and issues (e.g. payments or platform usage);
• Manage individual performance and service quality metrics.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish (mandatory);
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail or similar roles;
• Ease in using technological tools;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to adapt to different interlocutor profiles;
• Genuine interest in teaching and supporting other people;
• Strong problem-solving skills;
• Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented profile.

What we offer:

• Monthly salary of 1005€/gross
• Meal fee: 7,63€/day
• Working schedule: 8h30 - 17h30;
• Employment contract with Gi Group, with strong prospects of continuity;

• Initial and continuous training.
