As a Quality Analyst , you will be responsible to meet these objectives through quality metrics analysis, and supporting Operations/ Client decisions. The job. » Deliver appropriate remote feedback on the quality of the service to ensure adherence to procedures » Attend and participate in remote meetings with Operations to discuss outputs of monitoring » Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Reports » Give feedback to the training department about issues arising from monitoring » Participate in monthly remote calibrating sessions to ensure consistency » Analysis/monitoring of handled interactions sample » Full remote support to advisors via STC What you need to have. » Advanced English verbal and written communication skills (C1 minimum) » Good organization/ time management skills » Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds, and to give constructive feedback to the agents which leads to performance improvement » Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions » A strong Microsoft user (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) » Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures Education and experience. » Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience » Previous relevant experience as Quality Analyst Specific Requirements » Remote work requires a high-speed Internet Service with a basic landline telephone service » Ethernet connection available » Please use the speedtest to check your internet, » PING 100 ms maximum » DOWNLOAD 5.0 Mbps minimum » UPLOAD 3.0 Mbps minimum » Availability to travel (when necessary) » Out-of-hours support We work hard and reward harder.
