Cross Border Talents is hiring Dutch Speakers to work as Customer Service Representative in Lisbon, Portugal. 

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:

   » Offering information, solutions, and counseling to customers regarding the company’s services;
   » Registering contacts and client information according to the work procedures;
   » Compliance with company regulations for Data Protection and Information Security;
   » Maintaining positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact;
   » Achievement of the performance targets defined by the project;

Requirements for the Customer Service Representative Vacancy:

   » Dutch Native Speaker
   » Good knowledge of English (B2)
   » Work experience in this domain
   » Customer orientation and good stress management
   » Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and high energy  
   » You enjoy challenges and to work as a team member
   » Excited about building a friendly yet professional relationship with the customer
   »Work Permit
