After a decade of operating successfully through local distributors, the company is pivoting to a direct-to-market model and building its local structure entirely from scratch.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join the sales team in Portugal.

responsabilidades chave

• Promote and represent the leading oral care brand to dental professionals and pharmacies within the assigned territory.;
  
• Conduct regular medical visits to dentists to drive product recommendation and brand preference;
  
• Manage and develop relationships with pharmacies, ensuring optimal product presence, visibility and sell-out;
  
• Execute the company’s commercial and promotional strategy at regional level;
  
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  
• Organize and support training sessions, product presentations and promotional activities with healthcare professionals;
  
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback, keep your Manager informed of relevant insights;
  
• Ensure accurate reporting of visits, activities and results using CRM tools;
  
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting of visits, activities, and results using the reporting tools; keep the customer database up to date on a daily basis;
  
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a professional image and compliance with company values and ethical standards and applicable codes of good practice;
  
• Prepare a sales forecast (month, cycle, year) and review it frequently to detect and correct deviations;
  
• Identify, collect, and report to the company’s Pharmacovigilance Department any safety information related to the products.

  • Higher education in Health Sciences or Business Administration;
    
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office;
    
  • Native Portuguese;
    
  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) as a Sales Representative / Medical Delegate / Pharmacy Sales
    Representative;
    
  • Experience in oral care, dental, pharma or healthcare sectors is highly desirable;
    
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills;
    
  • Results-driven, proactive and well-organized profile;
    
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional territory;
    
  • Valid driving license.
