Descrição do anúncio :Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant with Excellent ItalianOrganization You will join a multinational company, which is one of the world's largest suppliers of films for pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, electronics, and general packaging. The company is located in Porto, very well connected both by car and public transport and you will be able to continue boosting your career. Function In your daily tasks as a Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant: - You will be responsible for the handling of factoring process, posting of factoring statements reconciliation - You will be responsible for the processing of receipts of payments - You will be responsible for resolving invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures -You will monitor and follow-up of billing issues on customer accounts - You will be in charge of establishing and maintaining an excellent business relationship to ensure smooth communication of queries and issues - You will review work performed by Junior AR Accountants and provide training - You will be responsible for providing support in AR reconciliation - You will provide support related to annual and interim audits - You will be responsible for the maintenance of accounts - You will be responsible for posting of bank statements and cash allocation - You will be responsible for processing AR month-end closing activities - You will summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report, etc. Requirements You are the person we are looking for if: - You have a fluent or native level of Italian and English - You have a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or in a similar field - You have 3+ years of professional experience in finance and accounting or equivalent and factoring - You have experience within a Shared Services Center environment and transitions (preferred) - You have proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Offer - You will have a full time contract - You will have Food allowance - You will have Health insurance (after 6 months in the company) - You will have flexible office hours (Monday to Friday) - You will have the opportunity of professional development Application Joana Costa Competências:
