Our client is a leading Portuguese company specializing in asset management, operation, and maintenance of road infrastructure, as well as toll collection services. With over 25 years of experience, they are widely recognized for their innovation and operational efficiency. Holding majority stakes in six concessions in Portugal, our client takes an integrated approach to service management and operation, with an active presence in international markets including France, Spain, and the Netherlands.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide multi-channel customer service support, assisting clients and clarifying their doubts.
  
• Ensure revenue collection and handle debt communication professionally.
  
• Deliver high-quality assistance while maintaining excellent service standards.

  What We Are Looking For:
  

  
  
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2 or Native) and English (C1).
    
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is highly preferred.
    
  • Completed High School education.
    
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
    
  • Ability to effectively manage and guide the direction of customer calls.
    
  • High level of ethics and responsibility when handling sensitive and confidential information.

    • Contract: Unspecified-term employment contract (Contrato de trabalho a termo incerto) with the opportunity to integrate directly into the client company.
      
    • Financial Package:
      
      

      Base salary of €1,750 / month.
      Meal allowance of €10 / working day.
      

      Language bonus: €150 / month.
      

      
      
      • Schedule: Monday to Friday, on a rotating shift basis (09:00 - 18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00), including bank holidays.
        
      • Weekends off!
