• Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact
  
• Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone
  
• Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty
  
• Receiving incoming customer calls
  
• Customer advice on all services and offers
  
• Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales
  
• Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and quantitative aspects
  
• Diagnosing tech issues and walk customers through the steps needed to fix various problems related to the technical line (TV, mobile, fix net and internet)

  • excellent communication skills in Italian (minimum C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level);
    
  • solution oriented;
    
  • previous experience in a call center and in sales;
    
  • strong Commitment for a long term project;

    What we have for you?
    

    
    
    • permanent contract with a 180 days probation period
      
    • schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 9pm. Bank holidays (payment of 50%+compensation) - shifts of 8h/day
      
    • base salary: 920€/month gross (x14)
      
    • performance bonus: up to 360€ (x12)
      
    • meal allowance: 10,20€/day worked (x11 months)
      
    • flex work allowance: 60€/month (x12)
      
    • language allowance: 150€ for English Language + 100€ for Italian Language (x13)
      
    • assiduity allowance: 110€/month

    • remote (Portugal)
      
    • after completion of 6 months in the company you can work from abroad for a maximum of 3 months per year in any EU country
