Profile: - University degree in Computer Science or Telecommunication or related fields; - More than 5 years? experience in similar functions; - Detailed knowledge of the Assurance domain technologies, namely Fault Management Incident and Problem Management; - Deep knowledge of most common industry architecture frameworks; - System and application Support and Administration skills; - Knowledge of specific Assurance solutions such as HP- TeMIP or eq. BMC Remedy or eq.; - Deep knowledge ITIL and eTom frameworks; - Previous experience working within an international team (preferable); - SQL and Unix deep knowledge; - Fluent in English.
